WALLDORF, 8 October 2024 – SAP SE unveiled a raft of remarkable AI innovations at its annual TechEd conference held today positioning it at the leading edge of business AI transformation.
These included the introduction of new collaborative AI agents and the SAP Knowledge Graph both of which increase the scope and abilities of the generative AI Copilot Joule to optimize business operations through better data usage.
Regarding collaborative AI Agents, providing support in interdisciplinary contexts or solving problems involving several AI Engines working in concert can prove highly effective.
These AI Agents will focus on issues such as Conflict Management and the automatization of standing financial procedures so that humans can spend their energy on creativity and value.
“SAP’s innovation drives real business outcomes, and today’s advancements help customers harness the power of AI, data, and new development solutions to catalyze growth,”
Said Muhammad Alam, member of the Executive Board of SAP SE, SAP Product Engineering.
“Drawing on SAP’s unmatched business and technology expertise, the AI innovations we’re announcing at TechEd forge a new human-AI partnership to transform the landscape of modern business.” Alam Added
Further SAP continued with the expansion of its product offerings by announcing the SAP Knowledge Graph scheduled for rollout in the first quarter of 2025.
This model will encapsulate links between order documents and order-processing documents to reduce the complexity of the information modeling and enhance the ability to make informed decisions within Western management constructs.
In accordance with the expectations, the enhancements to Joule will address 80% of the business operations that are currently the most common use of SAP systems.
This will make organizations more productive and let them operate their businesses more efficiently. Looking ahead, as SAP evolves, there will be more revolutionary AI-based enterprise solution capabilities that would give businesses better avenues toward growth, powering the AI more for efficiency rather than its creation.
