Munich, Germany and Bengaluru, India – 10th October 2024 – Global leader in digital transformation services, Infosys, has announced a strategic partnership with zooplus, a leading ecommerce company in Europe. The alliance will help zooplus improve its operational efficiencies and customer service by leveraging Infosys Topaz, an AI-powered offering.

The collaboration aims to strengthen zooplus’ supply chain, marketing, product management and digital commerce capabilities, positioning it as a leader in the European ecommerce space. zooplus also hopes to strengthen its expertise in product management, engineering and product quality by introducing a new order management system.

The partnership will also include establishing a Global Capability Center (GCC) in Hyderabad, India, developing it into a technology hub for AI-first strategies and ecommerce innovation. By combining Infosys’ data-driven, AI-powered prowess, the GCC will help zooplus maximize its operational efficiency, technology stack and value chain capabilities.

The CEO of zooplus, Geoffroy Lefebvre, stressed that its goal remains meeting customer demands by utilizing data-driven insight, and Infosys Topaz will help in increasing productivity through AI-first strategies. He expressed optimism about the partnership, saying,
