Mumbai, November 5, 2024 – Larsen & Toubro (L&T) has announced a revolutionary strategic alliance with E2E Networks that will change the cloud and artificial intelligence ecosystem in India. The deal includes L&T acquiring a 21% equity stake in the Indian Cloud and AI Cloud provider through a combination of primary and secondary transactions.
The partnership constitutes a tactical shift in the direction of advancing GenAI solutions in India’s enterprise sector. L&T will combine its vast experience in data centre management with E2E Networks’ cloud platform to enhance the infrastructure for start-ups and enterprises seeking A.I. transformation.
“The strategic collaboration between E2E Networks and L&T marks a significant milestone for the future of adoption of domestically built HyperScaler Cloud Platforms in India,” stated Tarun Dua, Chairman and Managing Director of E2E Networks.
He emphasized the partnership’s alignment with the ‘Make in India’ initiative and and its ability to change the country from being a digital colony to a sovereign cloud platform provider.

The partnership is aimed at deploying GenAI software solutions via Cloud GPUs for the integration of self-evolving AI Software in enterprises. This strategy places the two companies in the leadership bracket of India’s improving cloud services and AI systems market, which seeks to offer solutions for the ongoing digitization of every economic sector.
