Accenture, ETS Launch AI Talent Management Solution

New York and Princeton, New Jersey– November 18, 2024- The two organizations have taken a remarkable step on the problem, by announcing a new partnership geared towards the design of an AI-focused talent management software.

The two partners are combining Accenture’s LearnVantage with ETS’s Futurenav which uses AI technology to look for ways on how firms can evaluate, retrain, and deploy personnel efficiently.

This partnership allows the workers to seamlessly and AI-driven knowledge insights for their employers,

“Every worker and every employer benefits from actionable intelligence,”

Stated Accenture’s Kishore Durg, Global Lead for LearnVantage, while explaining the entire process,

“This offering brings the potential of AI for workforce building for better decisions and career growth opportunities”.

According to Michelle Froah, Senior Vice President of Corporate Solutions at ETS, AI is revolutionizing society:

“Through AI, we’re addressing talent gaps and mapping other areas to ensure that everyone can be job-ready,”

This project addresses the need for skills and policies identified by the World Economic Forum which said that 30% to 50% of the employed population will require additional skills by 2030 to remain competitive in the global market.

If left unchecked, the global economy stands to lose more than $15 trillion of GDP in that time.

The synthesis aims at improving talent appraisal, internal shifts, and workforce forecasting in addition to offering Artificial Intelligence supported, Analytics based solutions.

Now companies can build a culture of lifelong education, adapt to growing requirements across AI-oriented industries, and resolve perpetual growth challenges.

Both the firms, Accenture and ETS, seek to establish a uniform standard that will help measure the basic employability constructs for industries to survive in an AI-first economy and also aid the alignment of supply and demand for talent.
