Dallas – North Highland, a major global transformation consulting company, on Monday revealed its acquisition of The Bridge, a specialist in the digital transformation space that will help the company greatly access technology-related capabilities as well as geographical coverage. The acquisition brings 160 experienced individuals into the North Highland organization. The organization has set a goal for itself to bring its current total of AI, digital experience, and cloud solutions to a higher level.
“The Bridge is a strategic fit for North Highland, combining our proven change and transformation expertise with their cutting-edge technology, data, and AI capabilities,” said Alex Bombeck, CEO of North Highland. “Together, we’ll create tailored solutions that work to turn clients’ visions into real, measurable value – ultimately creating impact that lasts.”
“The Bridge’s mission has always been to help organizations effectively utilize technology platforms and leverage their data to attain competitive advantage,” added Eric Winton, CEO at The Bridge. “We’re excited to combine our technical and consulting expertise with North Highland’s scale, proven methodologies, and innovative approaches to create a uniquely powerful force in helping our clients succeed in the rapidly changing digital world.”
Adding offices in Denver, Colorado, and Quito, Ecuador, to go with its Dallas headquarters and London operational base, the acquisition will add about 160 employees to North Highland’s present workforce in addition to the already mentioned in-house employees with sales, SEO, social, and creative skills. The move will allow The Bridge to sell into the European market with an office in London through the North Highland family, while North Highland will get a foothold in South America.
Established in 1992, Bellevue-based North Highland has partnerships with 20 other similar industry organizations. The Bridge was founded in 2014 and offers significant expertise in data and AI, cloud and product solutions, and digital experience capabilities, complementing North Highland’s existing transformation and change consultancy services.
