Kore.ai Introduces AI for Process, Transforming Enterprise AI Adoption

Orlando – Kore.ai has launched AI for Process, a no-code program designed to transform enterprise business automation. The solution empowers organizations to build and deploy AI-based agents that will streamline workflows, help with decision-making, and reduce human involvement.

AI for Process takes in-built Agentic Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) that works in parallel to enhance the accuracy of automation with discretion to secure the data from breaches and maintain regulatory compliance. The platform has purpose-built agents for workflow orchestration, non-trivial decision-making, and data management matters that span enterprises, including support for major cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, and GCP for seamless integration with commercial and open-source AI models.

“Traditional enterprise process automation was limited by rigid, rule-based systems lacking any autonomy,” said Raj Koneru, CEO & Founder of Kore.ai.

“With the advent of advanced AI models capable of evaluation and reasoning, we’re ushering in a new era where intelligent AI agents can independently manage business processes, reducing over-reliance on human support. AI for Process enables enterprises to design scalable, reliable Agentic Apps that redefine efficiency while elevating humans into more strategic, supervisory roles.”

It provides a no-code-development environment with visual workflow designing, more than 65 pre-built templates, and drag-and-drop integration tools. The Human-in-the-Loop feature enables escalation to humans in automated workflows for approval and data validation.

Early adopters have reported substantial efficiency enhancements. Companies can reduce human review dependencies by up to 60% and speed up processing by as much as 40-60%. A North American healthcare giant reduced average call handle time by 30 seconds and improved call wrap accuracy by 90%.

“The future of enterprise operations lies in AI agents collaborating to manage and optimize processes under human supervision,” said Prasanna Arikala, CTO and Head of Products of Kore.ai.

“These agents will operate autonomously, seamlessly discovering and working with each other. Achieving this vision requires a robust AI agent platform integrating autonomous agents, advanced knowledge retrieval, and intelligent orchestration. With AI for Process, we’re delivering these future-ready capabilities today.”

Gartner forecasts that by 2028, 33% of enterprise applications will contain agentic AI. Kore.ai’s AI for Process seeks to lead this transition, providing enterprises with a scalable solution to automate complex processes while ensuring security, compliance, and governance.
