Barcelona, February 17, 2025 – Samsung Electronics performed brilliantly at Integrated Systems Europe (ISE) 2025 by securing 12 awards and fortifying its position in AI-based and environmentally sustainable digital signage. Subsequently, their latest innovations, AI-based interactive display solutions, and energy-efficient solutions gained maximum recognition during Europe’s largest exhibition for display technologies.
At the booth, The Wall, an immersive MICRO LED display, attracted thousands of attendees. The award-winning best products included Samsung Color E-Paper, an ultra-efficient signage solution using digital ink technology, and HoloDisplay, which physically projects 3D visuals in midair. Both displays have won multiple Best of Show awards.
Another notable one was the Transparent MICRO LED, which had a high-resolution, glass-like design to merge digital with the physical world. Again, awarded Digital Signage Innovation of the Year, this is a prime example of Samsung’s innovations in display transparency.
Samsung AI Assistant integrated into the 2025 Interactive Display also created waves. Designed for classrooms, it enables AI-supported learning experiences including Circle to Search. The display won a Best of Show award from Tech and Learning.
The exhibition showcased The Wall’s command and control room capabilities. It currently aids NASCAR in real-time decision-making by displaying crucial video, audio, and data on a massive LED screen. The Wall for Virtual Production also made headlines by providing filmmakers with an affordable LED backdrop alongside their partners at ARRI and the Realtime Department.
Samsung showcased an expanded partnership and connectivity for IoT automation across a wide range of business environments through SmartThings Pro. Among new partnerships were ones with Cisco to enhance video conferencing, Nexmosphere sensors for retail analytics, and ABB for hotel automation.
“The collaboration with Samsung and the Realtime Department has significantly lowered the entry barrier to LED production for filmmakers,” said Andre Rittner, Business Development Manager of EMEAI (Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and India) at ARRI. “This partnership has brought ARRI’s award-winning equipment to a suite of studio production tools and reduced production costs without compromising quality.”
Samsung is still setting industry standards with AI-powered innovations and sustainable designs for digital signage.
