This funding makes Augury the only unicorn in the Production Health category with a valuation of over $1 billion. Since its last funding round in 2021, Augury’s funding has seen a five-fold increase in revenue along with a tripling of its Fortune 500 manufacturing customers.

The company has also leveraged AI-driven solutions for process optimization. With its AI-based predictive maintenance solutions, which have a 99.9% failure detection accuracy and an estimated 5-20x return on investment, Augury aims to lead the digital transformation of industrial equipment maintenance.

The platform has analyzed over 500 million hours of machine data by delivering an estimated $1 billion in value to customers like PepsiCo, DuPont, and Colgate-Palmolive. Additionally, Augury’s technology has helped reduce process waste by 37% and improve energy efficiency by 2% per plant, which contributes to global sustainability goals.
