Thomas Cook (India) is set to transform corporate travel with the launch of ‘Dhruv’, which is an advanced agentic AI platform designed to streamline and enhance travel management for businesses. 

The initiative is part of a collaboration between Thomas Cook, SOTC Travel, Fairfax Digital Services, LTIMindtree, and Voicing.AI. It uses cutting-edge artificial intelligence and large language models (LLMs) to address the changing dynamics of India’s booming corporate travel industry.  

Thomas Cook Integrates AI-Powered Solutions

According to a regulatory filing, Dhruv will provide businesses with an intuitive, AI-powered travel solution that will be capable of understanding and responding to complex travel requirements in real-time. 

The platform will support over 20 languages, including Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Spanish, German, Greek, and Portuguese. This wide range of languages ensures seamless communication and accessibility for a diverse corporate clientele. 

According to the report, Dhruv’s advanced features will offer end-to-end travel planning, automated bookings, real-time itinerary adjustments, and compliance tracking, which largely reduces the administrative burden on corporate travel managers. 

By integrating generative AI, the platform is expected to provide personalized recommendations, optimize costs, and enhance overall travel efficiency. 

Industry reports indicate that India’s business travel sector is on a trajectory of rapid expansion, currently valued at over USD 10.6 billion and projected to reach USD 20 billion by 2030. As India-based enterprises are rapidly growing, It boosts corporate travel demand. AI-based solutions like Dhruv are the perfect scalable solution that fits into this necessity.
