Paris, October 23, 2024 — Capgemini has announced a significant reshuffling of its leadership team aimed at driving global growth and strengthening its service offerings.
Anirban Bose, currently leading the Financial Services Strategic Business Unit, has been named CEO of the Americas Strategic Business Unit.
He will replace Jim Bailey, with the transition expected to take effect in November 2024.
In his new role, Bose will oversee the company’s operations across North and South America, focusing on enhancing AI-driven digital transformation strategies.
At the same time, Kartik Ramakrishnan will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer of the Financial Services Strategic Business Unit to complete the tasks left by Bose.
Ramakrishnan, who is noted to have a good grasp of financial services in particular as he spent several years with Capgemini, is expected to foster innovative growth in this field.

Other leadership appointments include Jerome Simeon as Chief Revenue Officer to drive revenue expansion, and Franck Greverie who would transition into the Chief Technology Officer’s role in January 2025.
Capgemini’s restructuring is aligned with its broader objectives to strengthen its position in AI, cloud services, and digital transformation, aiming to deliver enhanced value to its global client base. Further updates are expected as the new leadership takes effect.
