CoachHub has unveiled AIMY, the world’s first conversational AI coach, in partnership with Microsoft, which provides AI-based personalized coaching for employees at all levels.
It aims to bridge the gap between organizational goals and individual development through 24/7 availability, multilingual support, and seamless device compatibility.
CEO Matti Niebelschütz unveiled his personal goal to “democratize coaching”, saying “When I was a first-time manager, coaching was something that was very exclusive to the 0.1% of the workforce, mostly executives. Meanwhile, most people couldn’t even dream of getting their own coach. I was lucky enough to experience it early on in my career, and I have to admit, it was transformative as a first-time leader.”
“We’re now entering the people era, where every employee, regardless of their position, has access to coaching that’s personalized and tailored to their needs. AIMY™ breaks barriers in talent development and helps organizations unlock the full potential of their people,” he added further.
HR leaders at the event explored AIMY’s compliance with global AI regulations and its foundation in internationally accredited human coaching frameworks. A live demonstration showcased its customization features, which allow users to craft voice, personality, and coaching approaches to meet specific needs at the workplace.
Powered by Microsoft’s Azure AI Foundry, AIMY ensures secure, GDPR-compliant data processing. This measure shows its reliability for enterprise adoption.
Bernard Marr highlighted AI’s transformative impact on business. “If you don’t integrate AI into your operations, you risk falling behind,” he warned. Niebelschütz stated the tangible benefits of coaching, citing data from the International Coaching Federation: “62% of companies report an increase in retention of high performance after coaching; 65% of companies report higher profitability; and a stunning 85% of organizations report a higher customer satisfaction.”
