This represents a consolidated effort by leaders of the Agentic AI industry worldwide. FullyAI is popularly known for its advanced AI Agents, which autonomously perceive environments, make decisions and complete tasks. They have already served notable clients such as Meta and Ford. This acquisition positions Circus to expand its technological capabilities and lead the next wave of AI innovation.
FullyAI’s cutting-edge AI Agents are devoted to improving interactions between people and machines, helping them guide users through complex service processes, and execute tasks independently. These technologies will now be integrated into Circus’s proprietary stack of Physical AI applications, starting with the CA-1 food-service robot. Having integrated the strengths of both companies, Circus speeds up the interaction of humans with autonomous robots in a way that transforms labor-constrained industries.
