AI Boosts Hikvision’s ColorVu 3.0 Technology in Network Cameras

October 14, 2024-Hikvision launches new Network Cameras with AI-powered ColorVu 3.0 technology, to boost video security. The new addition of the HikAI-ISP, Hikvision’s AI image processing system, increases image quality through deep learning enhancement.

This way, one can obtain super-quality of both motion and still images captured in low light. These cameras also have AI technologies like noise suppression and motion trail detection, enabling the effective use of such cameras in low and high-speed as well as low-light situations effectively.

Apart from enhancing image clarity, ColorVu 3.0 goes a step further by incorporating 3D LUT technology that preserves the original properties of colors. It is possible to get perfectly colored and natural images at night, something that previous models could not offer.

Another breakthrough in the design is the AI WDR (AI Wide Dynamic Range) feature that makes cool and stylish structures as it will make sure that the brightness levels are balanced.

hence minimizing the risk of subjects getting overexposed in bright areas whilst ensuring that dark areas are all still visible. As a result, an image will appear almost perfect without the use of manual adjustments.

AcuSense 3.0 helps to retrieve the desired video from the server in the shortest possible time directly by the image. Video analytics sophistication is further enhanced by perimeter protection and Motion Detection 3.0 algorithms performance in action even in a complicated scenario.

In addition, there is a proper upgrade in the audio with Audio 2.0. Thanks to the dual-mic array, voice clarity, as well as voice pickup and noise suppression, are greatly improved, extending the coverage as well. The Smart PA Speaker is used to enhance the warning alerts making the cameras more useful in a larger more intricate environment.

Engineered with more advanced motorized adjustments and anti-corrosion components, and better environmentally-friendly packing solutions,

Hikvision’s ColorVu 3.0 range of cameras are now more robust and dependable, hence reiterating the company’s emphasis on advancement and sustainability in the video surveillance industry.
