
To help small and mid-sized businesses (SMBs) with artificial intelligence (AI) technology, HubSpot revealed more than 200 product updates with enhanced AI agents on April 10 at its Spring 2025 Spotlight event.
The updates will reduce the gap between AI innovation and practical business application, especially for lean “go-to-market teams”, according to the official source.
HubSpot Grows Sales and Marketing With AI
Andy Pitre, EVP of Product at HubSpot, said, “SMBs don’t need more AI hype—they need technology that helps. The products we’re launching in our Spring 2025 Spotlight are helping teams move fast on AI and solve their go-to-market challenges. We’ve embedded AI throughout our entire platform so businesses of any size can start seeing value immediately, without massive teams or budgets.”
In the latest announcement, HubSpot’s revamped Breeze Agents, which are AI-based tools to enhance operations across various fields, including marketing, sales, and customer service.
Among them, the new Knowledge Base Agent works in tandem with the Customer Agent to improve self-service resources and close support tickets faster. Hubspot reports that its Customer Agent alone is already helping resolve over half of incoming tickets, which cuts resolution time by 40%.
For sales teams, the new Prospecting Agent will help reach potential customers more effectively by analyzing previous conversations, news articles, and searching websites for useful information.
At the same time, marketers can save time with the improved Content Agent, which can write content using uploaded documents, suggest popular topics, and handle small tasks like writing meta descriptions automatically.
The update also introduces AI-based Workspaces for sales, customer success, and support teams. It brings all essential tools into one unified interface.
