Fremont, California, United States – 14th October 2024 – Hyve Solutions, a subsidiary of TD SYNNEX, has introduced cutting-edge network switches aimed at expediting the deployment of AI at scale. The hardware addressed the increasing demand for high-performance AI infrastructure.
Integrating Broadcom’s Tomahawk® 5 series switches, which provide 51.2 Tb/s of bandwidth, allow Hyve’s network switches to improve data flow and scalability for AI and ML applications. The breakthrough hardware will make it easier for businesses to deploy high-performance AI applications at scale much quicker and more effectively.
Steve Ichinaga, president of Hyve Solutions, explained the intent behind creating the switches, saying,

He further said the move reflected Hyne’s commitment to drive rack-scale design and deployment within the AI ecosystem. According to Ichinaga, the move will ensure “that customers can capitalize on the latest advances in AI technology.”
With capabilities including Cognitive Routing, high-speed data transmission techniques like 100G PAM4 SerDes, and top-tier energy efficiency, Hyve Solutions aims to position itself at the forefront of high-performance AI hardware. Hyve Solutions’ latest product underscores its commitment by allowing AI-driven businesses to effectively scale their AI infrastructure based on modern-day demands.
