The deliveries will be quicker and more dependable whilst the AI will help minimize any disruptions in the chain so that any possible risks to the supply chain will be addressed.

As an information technology service company, Infosys brings in AI expertise which comes in as Choctaw through process NeoCTAS, which is a digital technology enhancement unit. In this partnership, Infosys also aims to change the way Posti customers interact with their services by creating not only efficient operations for the company but also efficient experiences for the users of the services.

This partnership is currently relevant to the scenario, which is, that enterprises are increasingly shifting towards the usage of AI to tackle their operational problems. For Posti, it implies a paradigm shift where they will have to change the way they handle and make operational decisions since AI will now be at the fore and not an accessory. Posti will ensure that compliance with the activities will be seamless by providing these technologies at the same time and preventing shocks while taking full advantage of AI.
