25th November 2024, Mexico City- As part of its initiative aimed at reconciling conflicted social media spaces, LG has changed how people engage online using AI with their “Optimism Your Feed” campaign.
With AI embedded, the campaign aims to deliver supportive messages suited to user interactions to more than 1.2 billion views worldwide in less than three weeks.
This initiative not only allows people to hijack their feeds with positive messages but also partners with the established media to fight against excessive negativity.
LG Mexico teamed up with Milenio Television and presented “Good news is also news” and gave 350 million viewers 8 stories of persistence and optimism. These stories illustrate how positivity actually emits and how AI can transform our stories.
“By users engaging with our playlist, we want to influence algorithms through our audiences on why there’s a need to see the brighter side of things resulting in a chain reaction of positivity,”

In the same way, Milenio television’s Chief Editor, Ana Martinez, pointed out,
“The stories of good news, certainly motivate people, helping to support the overall purpose of LG which is optimism.”
Episodes also follow an array of remarkable heroes who had a Haitian migrant story as well as one of the animal sanctuaries that focused on compassion.
Such stories connect with LG’s universal ethos “Life’s Good” and demonstrate how in the future technology can be used to elevate messages of hope.
This unique campaign brings together AI and human feeling so that the algorithms can be relied upon to enhance the good across any and all digital and traditional channels.
The company also promotes the use of LG, which allows its customers to manage the order of the content on their social networks while presenting AI as a force for good to enhance the quality of the internet.
