This integration, which merges PagerDuty Advance with Amazon Bedrock, Bedrock Guardrails and Amazon Q Business, changes the way businesses will manage digital operations and incidents.
PagerDuty Advance uses AI technology as part of the PagerDuty Operations Cloud to detect disruptions and deploy response teams, as well as streamlining workflows. The capability for providing incident context using AI is provided by integration with Amazon Bedrock. Safety and accuracy in generative AI outputs are guaranteed by Bedrock Guardrails. Using Amazon Q Business gives users seamless access to information across platforms, resulting in reduced time to resolve incidents and costs associated with them.
