Samsung Electronics has announced its most extensive AI integration of home appliances, an encouraging move in line with the company vision for integrated smart homes. The company will showcase the models including an AI Home screen as small as 9-inches for Bespoke refrigerators and a 7-inch for laundry appliances and wall ovens.
“We have been leading the development of screen appliances to elevate our consumers’ experiences with innovative features and functionalities”, said Jeong Seung Moon, EVP and Head of the R&D Team for Digital Appliances Business at Samsung Electronics. “Along with those efforts towards enhancing usability, we are expanding consumer options by developing screens of different sizes and products that effectively incorporate them.”
Today, the enhanced displays incorporate top features like Map View for connecting devices, AI Pro cooking for personalized recipes, and real-time task status tracking. They also support SmartThings, making them compatible with a third-party smart device. These advancements enhance usability, offering centralized control hubs for smarter homes.
Active user interfaces that now support a 7-inch display contribute to intuitive energy monitoring and enhanced cycle management on the Samsung Bespoke AI Laundry Combo. Similarly, when it comes to built-in appliances, the Bespoke Wall Oven is endowed with smarter recipe suggestions in addition to entertainment features that fit very well into the AI-driven smart ecosystem.
These latest technologies indeed set new benchmarks for smart appliances, which will simplify household life with the help of innovative AI. All of these things go hand in hand with Samsung’s renewed efforts to make intelligent connected homes available to all.
