ServiceNow has announced the launch of AI Agent Orchestrator, an AI suite designed to autonomously solve complex enterprise challenges. The latest advancement put the ServiceNow Platform as the central AI agent control tower.
ServiceNow Provides Solution for Enterprises
Orchestrator will allow businesses to manage, analyze, and govern AI agents across various departments. ServiceNow will also ensure that AI agents can smoothly integrate into tasks, systems, and workflows.
The cloud-based platform is also rolling out thousands of pre-built AI agents intended to provide IT, HR, and customer service. Additionally, the new AI Agent Studio also allows businesses to develop fully customized AI agents through a no-code interface.
The new launch will leverage billions of data points and millions of automation built into its workflow ecosystem. By doing this, businesses will be able to perform autonomous actions.
Industry analysts predicted that by 2025, half of organizations will deploy AI agents designed to meet specific business functions.
“In a future with millions of AI agents acting as your new digital workforce, ServiceNow serves as the AI agent control tower, bringing order to chaos,” Amit Zavery, president, chief product officer, and chief operating officer at ServiceNow said in a PR.
“Agentic AI without unification creates more complexity within an enterprise. The ability of ServiceNow AI Agents to work together on tasks that draw from multiple systems and departments truly stands out. With a single location to orchestrate agents and prevent sprawl, our AI agents collaborate like active participants at work, acting as true extensions of their human counterparts,” he added further.
