Tata Communications Unveils Kaleyra AI for Transformative Customer Interactions

Mumbai, India, December 12, 2024 – Tata Communications has launched Kaleyra AI, an all-new AI-based portfolio that will help transform customer interactions. The suite brings three sophisticated functionalities to improve communication efficiency and engagement.

The GenAI Template Generator for WhatsApp Personalizes messages, which will be expanded to SMS and RCS, along with marketing automation for delivering a consistent brand voice. Conversational AI Data Reporting simplifies complex data queries into actionable, visually engaging reports to empower fast data-driven decisions.

The Conversational AI No-Code Builder allows businesses to develop interactive assistants for their customers and employees and enables natural conversation-like responses without the need for programming abilities.

“Kaleyra AI represents a powerful leap forward and will be a force multiplier for enterprises to accelerate business growth,” said Mauro Carobene, Head of Customer Interaction Suite, Tata Communications. “For customer-facing roles, the portfolio will significantly improve engagement and interaction rates. In early controlled demos, we observed marked reductions in mean time to respond and resolve issues, especially during peak query volumes. For C-suite decision-makers, our generative AI-powered reporting and insights will enhance visibility into enterprise performance, all via a simple natural language interface.”

Kaleyra AI will open for a select few beta customers in early 2025, with the full launch scheduled for the first half of the year on Tata Communications’ AI Cloud. This innovative portfolio fortifies the company’s commitment to leveraging AI to improve customer experiences and enterprise growth.
