Endorsed by top industry players, this device-based solution is expected to enhance efficiency, respect – privacy, and process in real-time.

Through a strategic partnership, Plumerai and Chamberlain Group will enhance home security solutions by introducing Tiny AI technology from Plumerai.

The partnership between Plumerai Group and Chamberlain Group was announced on October 7, 2024, in London and is a step forward in developing AI solutions that can be performed on a device.

Plumerai’s Tiny AI runs solely on devices and does not require the use of Princeton data centers in contrast to most PeClow determinants systems. Tiny IQ devices are much more energy-efficient than their main supply-based counterparts, as well as providing a better level of security.

“Tiny AI is a paradigm shift in how we approach artificial intelligence,”

Said Roeland Nusselder, co-founder and added that AI of this level can become simply integrated into such smart home appliances.

Users can now set up a quick Person at home notification, and Familiar Face identification which are security advancements that do not compromise a user’s privacy.

In line with this view, Tony Fadell, the Nest Founding Member and Principal, at the Build Collective, also supported the initiative saying,

Plumerai’s Tiny AI isn’t just an incremental advance – it’s a massive market disruption.”

In his speech, he noted the opportunity to use this technology to provide better intelligence services to customers. The collaboration Plumerai secured with Chamberlain Group makes the company well-positioned to adapt to the new shifting paradigms of smart home technologies with an increasing demand for effective and secure AI.
