Atlanta, November 19, 2024 – Ubitus, together with ASUS, presents several revolutionary advancements in AI technology during SuperComputing24 (SC24) including high-tech robotic dog and virtual influencer. The conference held in Georgia World Congress Center shows the impressive development of applied artificial intelligence which is supported by one of the biggest green energy computing plants in the region.
The four-legged gadget uses the NVIDIA Jetson Orin edge computing pack, a significant advancement in AI technology in pet and professional assistant services. The robot is quite complex, where UbiGPT, a large language model developed by Ubitus and trained on a corpus of more than 30 billion words, allows it to understand and execute voice commands while simultaneously accomplishing different tasks.
These innovations run on Ubilink’s supercomputing architecture that boasts a stunning 45 PFLOPs of performance capability.
“These solutions demonstrate Ubitus’s vision of transforming industries, from industrial automation and healthcare to retail and education,” stated a Ubitus representative, highlighting the company’s commitment to practical AI applications.
The exhibit also presents a more sophisticated version of “Ubi-chan,” an AI virtual influencer serving as an interactive booth guide.
“By seamlessly integrating AI into diverse sectors, Ubitus is paving the way for more efficient operations, enhanced customer interactions, and new commercial opportunities,” explained a company spokesperson.
Furthermore, the infrastructure underpinning these developments intends to be ranked among the global 25 AI supercomputing centers, effective November this year, which is a great leap in the history of sustainable AI advancement. This further reiterates the emerging significance of clean energy as a key element in developing technologies for Artificial Intelligence of the future.
The exhibition at SC24 displayed an assortment of AI in action, including natural language processing, robotics, virtual sustainability, and computing, and demonstrated use cases across sectors such as retail, health care, and media that hold transformative potential for those sectors.
