Wipro Introduces AI-Based TelcoAI360 for Telecom Sector

Wipro Limited introduced TelcoAI360 at Mobile World Congress 2025, which is an AI-based platform designed to streamline telecom operations, enhance security, and accelerate service delivery. 

According to the press release, TelcoAI360 will offer telecom companies a fully managed, “AI-first service” that enables faster deployment of new offerings with increased revenue. 

What is Wipro’s TelecoAI360?

TelcoAI360 was developed in collaboration with Wipro’s AI partner ecosystem and leveraging ServiceNow’s telecommunications solutions. It is built to automate workflows, reduce operational costs, and improve customer experiences. 

The platform is also available as a service, which allows telecom providers to customize and deploy specific components based on their requirements. 

Lalit Kashyap, Sector Head – Communications, Media and Networks, Wipro Limited, stated in the press release, “The launch of TelcoAI360 marks a significant milestone in our commitment to empowering telcos with future-ready network management solutions. Leveraging our AI-powered platforms and deep domain expertise, we are delivering an industry-first solution that redefines telecom operations with automation, security, and AI at scale.”

TelcoAI360 can easily be integrated with existing telecom infrastructure, which provides AI-based network management with real-time monitoring and predictive maintenance. 

It ensures service reliability by proactively identifying potential disruptions before they occur. The platform also enhances security with AI-based threat detection and fraud prevention, which offers robust data protection measures.
